Tijarat Sales LLC, doing business as LeadVector.ai (“Tijarat,” “LeadVector.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides an AI-driven lead discovery and sales intelligence platform (the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use the Platform or otherwise interact with us.

We use artificial intelligence technologies, including third-party models (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini), to analyze data and generate insights, recommendations, and other outputs.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve our services, provided such data does not identify any individual or customer.

4.3AI Limitations

AI-generated outputs and insights are probabilistic in nature and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for independently evaluating any outputs prior to relying on them.

We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tijarat, our users, or others.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is completely secure.

DATA RETENTION

7.1

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.

7.2

Subscriber Data is retained in accordance with our agreements with subscribers.

7.3 Deletion: Upon termination of services, Subscriber Data is deleted in accordance with applicable agreements.
